Clinical Staff
Our reliable clinical team, Paola, Rebeca, and Taleisha, work directly with you during your appointment, cleaning your teeth, preparing you for the day’s treatment, and answering any and all questions you may have. We like to make sure you feel involved in your treatment plan and fully understand each step taken toward your orthodontic goals.
As Dr. Francis works on your teeth, they stay close by to provide chairside assistance and help during procedures however they can. The clinical team ensures efficient treatment each time as they assemble everything that he may need to take care of your teeth so it is on hand to keep your appointment running smoothly.

Meet The Doctor!
Dr. Oral C. Francis
Say hello to Dr. Francis, our wonderful board-certified orthodontist at Decatur Orthodontics! Since 2003, he has dedicated himself to improving his patient’s smiles and loves taking them through every step of their treatment.
Raised in Florida, he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry at the University of South Florida. He later received his Doctor of Dental Surgery at Meharry Medical College, top of his class. Dr. Francis then spent another two years of special orthodontic training at Howard University.
He continues his education through membership in professional organizations such as the Georgia Dental Association and the American Association of Orthodontists to ensure his practice stays on top of advances in the orthodontic field. Dr. Francis’ dedication to his profession shines through his work each and every day.
