How Decatur Orthodontics Gives Back
At Decatur Orthodontics, we're happy to give back to our community. We're grateful to have the privilege of spending time with and getting to know the wonderful people of Decatur, and we strive to pay it forward!
Dr. Francis has firsthand experience of what it's like to go without proper dental care. An immigrant from Jamaica, Dr. Francis came to the US when he was 11. Growing up, he didn't have access to dental care. Therefore, he wants to give back to the community and help children that may not be able to afford dental or ortho care.
Smiles Change Lives
Dr. Francis has partnered with Smiles Change Lives, a charitable non-profit organization that provides orthodontic care to individuals who may not otherwise have the opportunity to get treatment. The purpose is to reach individuals in Decatur and surrounding communities with unique situations and financial challenges.
Our mission is to create self-confidence, inspire hope and change the lives of children in our community dramatically. The gift of a smile can do all this for deserving, underserved individuals who can use it to better themselves and our community.
